Update - We are aware this issue previously affected traffic in the UK and EU (some users or website visitors may have intermittently seen 503 errors when accessing websites or admin). These errors should now be resolved for all traffic except traffic originating from the USA.

We are continuing to investigate the root cause of this error.

Urgent security updates
Resolved - At approximately 20:22 the ShopWired platform was temporarily unavailable whilst important security updates were made to the platform servers. This was as necessary as a result of vulnerabilities discovered in Ubuntu operating software.
