On 11th January at 6am GMT, Mandrill (our transactional email provider) has scheduled maintenance lasting for approximately 7 hours. During this time the Mandrill service will be completely unavailable which means that transactional emails processed by the ShopWired platform (e.g. order confirmation emails) will not be sent.
Once Mandrill comes back online, emails generated during the downtime will be sent to Mandrill for distribution.
We appreciate that Mandrill have planned the downtime for a considerable amount of time and we hope that the service will come back online sooner than they have planned for.
